Lac-à-l'Épaule: Unifying and stimulating!

The 20 managers of Sherbrooke 2013 took the time to get acquainted with their colleagues and their respective roles during the Lac-à-l’Épaule (retreat), held January 13 and 14. The goal of the two-day session was to work while at the same time have fun. Several of the managers presented their services, while adding humour or an interactive activity. They also participated in a "speed dating" session, which allowed them to learn about their respective inter-dependency requirements. The session concluded with a fun contest that highlighted their skills as rappers, comedians, and storytellers. This event will be repeated in the coming months, with more and more participants.
